These wonderful biscuits are something really special:
mini "sandwiches" with dulce de leche mixed with cream cheese inside.
They look like homemade alfajores, that are typical argentinian biscuits.
To make them, just follow the steps in the pictures (last step: dunk in coffee).
We took inspiration from alfajores and chocotorta, another argentinian recipe from a close friend of us!
